Get involved in ASB Awareness Week! Spring 2021

Coming in Spring 2021: ASB Awareness Week!

The UK’s first official ASB Awareness Week is now being planned for Spring 2021.

Resolve has been closely monitoring the changing situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and listened to the views of our members and partners.

We took the decision to postpone ASB Awareness Week (originally to be held from March 30 – April 5) but are now planning for a bigger and better launch in Spring.

We will reschedule all of our activity, and will be working with members in the coming months to make sure we get our message heard loud and clear!

Retail is Britain’s largest private-sector employer with 3 million workers employed in the industry. Now more than ever we can appreciate the important role that our shops play in our communities. From the local corner shop to the out of town superstore, shop workers provide a vital role in ensuring that people have the supplies and goods that they need. Yet despite their importance, violence, verbal abuse and aggressive behaviour towards shop workers have become a major problem.

Join the ASB Help PLEDGE and show your commitment to victims of anti-social behaviour.

ASB Help is committed to giving victims of anti-social behaviour a voice. We identified that by working directly with authorities responsible for managing the Community Trigger, and their partner agencies, we could advise them on best practice and help them to shape their policies and procedures to ensure victims of anti-social behaviour can easily invoke their statutory right to a review of their case. And crucially, that once activated, the Community Trigger brings about purposeful action to bring an end to the anti-social behaviour.
