CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing
The CIH Level 5 Diploma in Housing is a vocational qualification regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and accredited by CCEA Regulation. Designed for housing professionals aspiring to strategic, senior management and leadership roles, it develops the advanced knowledge and skills needed to deliver high-quality housing services and lead organisational success.
The qualification supports career progression into roles such as Housing Manager, Head of Housing Services, Housing Director and Executive-level positions within housing operations. It focuses on building expertise in key areas including strategic planning, leadership, ethical practice, customer-focused service delivery and effective partnership management, enabling learners to confidently manage complex challenges and drive service improvement.
