Good neighbour Agrements (GNAs) can be an extremely effective early intervention tool and this session focusses on how to best use GNAs as a way to resolve cases early. Learners will be able to consider & use GNA's effectively as part of their problem solving approach to resolving ASB cases early.

▸To be able to draft GNAs so that they are effective and sustainable
