The CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing is a one-year vocational qualification, equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree. Designed for those aspiring to supervisory and management roles within the housing sector, it develops the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress in your career.

The qualification provides a comprehensive and practical learning experience, helping you build a strong understanding of how your organisation operates alongside the wider housing landscape. You will enhance your technical knowledge of housing practice at a management level while exploring both the broader context of the sector and specialised areas of housing delivery.
