Housing Injunctions and Youth Injunctions under the new Crime and Policing Act 2026

Housing Injunction: will have its own distinct identity – available against a person 18 years and above where the ASB conduct is connected to housing functions

Youth Injunction: available against a person aged 10 or above, but under the age of 18 – where applications must be made to the Youth Court in a civil capacity
