The training will take place online via zoom on the following dates:

Session two: Tuesday 5th May - 09:30 - 13:00 

Session three: Monday 11th May - 09:30 - 13:30 

Session four: Tuesday 12th May - 09:30 - 13:00

 

All four sessions must be attended to achieve the certificate

The course refers to the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, Consumer Standards and Tenant Satisfaction Measures and how we can ensure we are meeting these objectives.
