The Level 4 Certificate in Housing is a vocational qualification and is at the same level of learning as the first year of an undergraduate degree.

This engaging and interactive session combines legislation, safeguarding principles, operational experience and real-world case studies to help professionals better identify and respond to cuckooing and related forms of exploitation.

Whether you work in policing, housing, safeguarding or community safety, this workshop will provide practical tools and insights to help you protect those most at risk.

Upon completion of this training, delegates will be able to: 

- Recognise the indicators of cuckooing and criminal exploitation.

- Understand how offenders groom, coerce and control vulnerable individuals.

- Identify risks and vulnerabilities that may increase the likelihood of exploitation.

- Respond confidently to safeguarding concerns.

- Work effectively with partner agencies to protect victims and disrupt offenders.

- Apply practical strategies to investigate, safeguard and intervene.

This Level 5 Diploma in Operations Management (ASB & Community Safety Pathway) is designed to develop the knowledge and skills required for leadership roles in community safety and anti-social behaviour services. It combines strategic and operational learning to support effective service delivery, leadership, and organisational improvement. This qualification meets the requirements for the Competence and Conduct Standard for social housing and is regulated by Ofqual and Qualifications Wales and accredited by CCEA Regulation.
