This session focuses on the Crime and Policing Bill and of enforcement procedure within social housing case management and ASB cases.
Led by an experienced solicitor, who has practical experience of dealing with social housing cases involving ASB, we will explore:
- Proposed tools under the Bill to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour
- Amendments to the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014
- Partnership working under the Bill

This course provides guidance and techniques that learners can use to take and draft up effective witness statements that can be used in Court.
Objectives include:
- To be able to take a witness statement that can be used in legal proceedings
- Understand different forms of evidence and be able to present evidence effectively in the legal process

Level 4 ASB & Community Safety Officer Apprenticeship (3)
This apprenticeship programme focuses on the main theories and practices needed to effectively respond to reports of ASB & Community Safety issues, including: Investigation techniques; the harm- centred approach; informal and formal resolution tools; working effectively with partner agencies; providing appropriate support; legal processes & much more.
