Conflict Coaching Skills

Objectives for this training include: 

• Understand a Conflict Coaching Model and know when it may be useful
• Use a range of coaching skills safely, while understanding the limits of conflict coaching
• Build confidence in supporting individuals to manage interpersonal conflicts
• Gain an insight into key psychological concepts and how to apply them in practice

Please note this training is 2x half days ( 17th & 18th June)
