The sector's flagship event of the year is confirmed for March 2025!

After selling out months ahead of last year's event, we have increased capacity for this year and further enhanced the interactive format in response to delegate's outstanding feedback.

In addition to the exceptional and insightful keynote talks that will be delivered by high-calibre speakers and sector leaders throughout the morning, there will also be an afternoon of workshops - 9 in total delivered across three sessions, so you can choose the ones most interesting and helpful for you.

Location: Nottingham (5 mins from train station, car parking and accommodation on-site)

The conference will also be followed by our extremely popular and highly prestigious ASB Awards Ceremony, a three course dinner (with drinks) and a live DJ and dance. 'Combi' Ticket required.

Timeline and judging process

Nominations open 1st April and close 31st July 2024

After all nominations have been received, there will be a shortlisting process completed by Resolve's Board of Directors. They will decide which nominations are impressive enough to move onto the next round working from a set list of criteria.

After shortlisting has taken place, it will be over to a panel of independent judges. Each award has a separate panel of judges, formed of indepdent individuals from outside of Resolve who have extensive experience in their field, which will be relevant to each of the award categories.

Judges will select a winner and 2 commended nominations for each award, and these will be announced at the ceremony.

  • I would recommend Resolve’s antisocial behaviour Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) as a fantastic way to have an independent refresh of your ASB service to ensure community safety partnerships are delivering a high standard of victim care.

  • The process was very straight forward and turnaround was very quick. The Resolve associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The feedback was returned in an easy format and informed our policy development going forwards.

  • The exercise was really worthwhile, and I would recommend it to any organisation wishing to ensure they are providing a high-quality approach (which satisfies regulatory standards) to their customers when managing cases of antisocial behaviour.
A huge thank you goes to Resolve who worked step by step through this process with us.

  • Our old model was different in each region and business area, having a slightly different approach to investigation, recording and monitoring. By harmonising the approach and creating a Community Safety Hub bringing together ASB, domestic abuse, hate crime and community cohesion, Resolve is helping Riverside deliver excellence to its customers.
