ASB Digital Day - Trick or Treat Event by RESOLVE

20th October 2021  @   09:30 - 15:00

Communities have seen a spike in ASB throughout the pandemic and especially during the lockdowns. Autumn nights are traditionally a time of increased antisocial behaviour, so how are partner agencies approaching this period and what is their message?

Back by popular demand, your chair for the event will be Anthony Peltier. We’ll also be welcoming a number of expert speakers from partner agencies, including Fire and Rescue Services, Charities, Communities and other organisations focused on community safety (we aim to give delegates an opportunity to hear from a diverse line-up of expert practitioners).

There will be one keynote session, followed by four spotlight sessions, where delegates will also have the chance to ask questions and share their experience, knowledge & best practice with other members.

This virtual event will also give a voice to young people and we will hear from an organisation called Lads Like Us, who will use their first-hand experience to provide an insight into some of the reasons why youths may behave in an antisocial manner.

Network with like-minded peers, hear some powerful real-life stories and case studies, and improve your knowledge so that you are better equipped to respond to antisocial behaviour during the busy Autumn period.

Please note: RESOLVE reserve the right to cancel registration for any attendee at this event by prior notice.

  • I would recommend Resolve’s antisocial behaviour Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) as a fantastic way to have an independent refresh of your ASB service to ensure community safety partnerships are delivering a high standard of victim care.

  • The process was very straight forward and turnaround was very quick. The Resolve associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The feedback was returned in an easy format and informed our policy development going forwards.

  • The exercise was really worthwhile, and I would recommend it to any organisation wishing to ensure they are providing a high-quality approach (which satisfies regulatory standards) to their customers when managing cases of antisocial behaviour.
A huge thank you goes to Resolve who worked step by step through this process with us.

  • Our old model was different in each region and business area, having a slightly different approach to investigation, recording and monitoring. By harmonising the approach and creating a Community Safety Hub bringing together ASB, domestic abuse, hate crime and community cohesion, Resolve is helping Riverside deliver excellence to its customers.
