The training will look at
- Developing effective case management principles
- Separate frameworks to deal with reasonable levels of disturbance, ordinary noise, poor sound insulation and noise transference
- identifying the source of the noise
- assessing vulnerability, support needs and risk
- appropriate use of early interventions/remedies
- Excellent record keeping
- Resolution focussed
